Welcome to the Return Policy of Qlear. Our products include Nourishing Nail Pens, Glass Nail Files, and Hydrating & Repairing Hand Masks. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy explains how returns and refunds apply.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if your Nourishing Nail Pen, Glass Nail File, or Hydrating & Repairing Hand Mask is defective or damaged upon arrival.
To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@tryqlear.com with your order details and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. This applies especially to cosmetic and personal care items such as nail pens and hand masks. Glass Nail Files must also be unused and undamaged (except for transit damage) to qualify for return.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we aim to process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider, which is outside of our control.
Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
- Products must not be opened, used, or altered.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage must be provided before approval.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Responsibility
The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of confirmed defective items. For approved defective returns, we will provide a prepaid return label and reimburse applicable return shipping costs.
We recommend retaining proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

Returns are accepted by mail only. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, we reserve the right to deduct any return and reshipping costs from the refund where applicable.
