Return Period: The period within which a customer may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

4. The Offer

Our products include Nourishing Nail Pens, Glass Nail Files, and Hydrating & Repairing Hand Masks. All offers on our website are non-binding and subject to availability. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible; however, minor variations may occur due to production batches or screen settings.

5. The Agreement

A legally binding agreement is formed once you place an order and receive an electronic order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or misuse of our services.

6. Consumer Rights (UK)

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK law.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal care products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products and must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we aim to process refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method.

8. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT where applicable in accordance with UK law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

9. Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

10. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays or peak periods.
